TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF thewickedwitch.art ONLINE STORE

1. General Provisions

1.1. The online store thewickedwitch.art is based in Gliwice, Poland

1.2. The online store conducts sales of art and accessories via the Internet.

1.3. This set of terms and conditions is an integral document governing the rules for using the store's offer at thewicedwitch.art

2. Orders

2.1. Orders at the thewicedwitch.art store can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2.2. To place an order, the Customer is required to fill out the order form.

2.3. The store confirms the acceptance of the order electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.

3. Prices and Currencies

3.1. Product prices are quoted in Polish Zloty.

3.2. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are stated separately.

4. Payments

4.1. The thewicedwitch.art store offers the following payment methods:

Through the Stripe payment gateway,

Through the PayPal system,

5. Delivery

5.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the order form.

5.2. Delivery costs are provided during the order placement process.

6. Complaints

6.1. The customer has the right to lodge complaints in the event of product defects.

6.3. The store refuses to refund money if the customer damages the products or if the package is damaged in transit and the buyer won’t immediately notifying the seller (photo documentation).

6.4. The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.

7. Withdrawal from the Agreement

7.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

7.2. A statement of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to the correspondence address or electronically.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

8.2. Disputes arising from the implementation of the sales agreement will be resolved by the court appropriate according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

1. Postanowienia ogólne

1.1. Sklep internetowy thewickedwitch.art jest prowadzony Alexandrę Skrzyszewską zamieszkałą w Gliwicach.

1.2. Sklep internetowy prowadzi sprzedaż obrazów oraz dodatków przez Internet.

1.3. Niniejszy regulamin jest integralnym dokumentem regulującym zasady korzystania z oferty sklepu thewickedwitch.art

2. Zamówienia

2.1. Zamówienia w sklepie thewickedwitch.art można składać przez 24 godziny na dobę, siedem dni w tygodniu.

2.2. Aby złożyć zamówienie, Klient jest zobowiązany do wypełnienia formularza zamówienia.

2.3. Sklep potwierdza przyjęcie zamówienia drogą elektroniczną na adres e-mail podany przez Klienta.

3. Ceny i waluty

3.1. Ceny produktów są podane w Polskich złotych.

3.2. Ceny nie uwzględniają kosztów dostawy, które są podawane osobno.

4. Płatności

4.1. Sklep thewickedwitch.art oferuje następujące formy płatności:

Przez bramkę płatniczą Stripe,

Przez system PayPal,

5. Dostawa

5.1. Produkty są dostarczane na adres wskazany przez Klienta w formularzu zamówienia.

5.2. Koszty dostawy są podawane podczas procesu składania zamówienia.

6. Reklamacje

6.1. Klient ma prawo zgłaszać reklamacje w przypadku wad towaru.

6.2. Reklamacje należy kierować na adres: Alexandra Skrzyszewska, ul. Bekasa 7/38, 44-114 Gliwice lub drogą elektroniczną na adres: thewickedwitch.art@gmail.com

6.3. Sklep odmawia przyjęcia zwrotu w przypadku uszkodzenia produktów przez klienta lub w przypadku otrzymania uszkodzonej paczki i nie poinformowaniu o tym sprzedawcy (Dokumentacja zdjęciowa).

6.4. Sklep zobowiązuje się rozpatrzeć każdą reklamację w terminie 14 dni.

7. Odstąpienie od umowy

7.1. Klient ma prawo odstąpić od umowy zakupu w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania towaru bez podania przyczyny.

7.2. Oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy należy przesłać na adres korespondencyjny lub drogą elektroniczną.

8. Postanowienia końcowe

8.1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem mają zastosowanie przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego oraz innych aktów prawnych obowiązujących na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

8.2. Spory wynikające z realizacji umowy sprzedaży rozstrzygane będą przez sąd właściwy według przepisów Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego.
